1. Cool down after a busy day.
Peppermint is a “hot” oil so you can dilute it with 1 drop of Peppermint with 4 drops of V-6 or another carrier oil; then rub on the temples, forehead, and back of the neck. Avoid your getting it in your eyes! The menthol and menthyl acetate constituents create a nice cooling sensation.
2. Add Peppermint to your water.
Add a drop or 2 of Peppermint Vitality to your drinking water for an energizing boost. Start out with one drop. It’s a strong one.
3. Stimulate your morning shampoo.
Add 2-3 drops of Peppermint to your morning shampoo and massage your scalp for 2 minutes get your day off to an energized start.
4. Breath freshener.
Put a drop of Peppermint Vitality on your tongue to freshen your breath whenever you feel the need or after a meal with garlic or onions.
Add a drop or two of Peppermint Vitality to a glass of water or a cup of tea to support normal digestion and help with gastrointestinal discomfort. Peppermint Vitality can support normal digestion and reduce feelings of discomfort after large meals.*
6. Find your focus.
Fill your office or study space with energizing aromas by diffusing this blend when it’s time to buckle down on a project.
7. Soothing Gel.
Add a few drops each of Peppermint and Lavender to aloe vera gel for a soothing after sun cooldown.
8. Cooling chest rub.
Mix a drop of Peppermint with eucalyptus and a small amount of V-6 and rub it onto your chest for a cooling sensation.
9. Cool off on a hot day.
Add two drops of Peppermint to a cold, damp washcloth and place on the back of your neck, your forehead, or your chest to help cool down on a really hot day.
10. Use Peppermint in cooking. Add 2 drops of Peppermint Vitality to chocolate brownie or chocolate cookie recipe, or 1 drop to hot chocolate.
