Here are a few of our tips to use Young Living’s essential oils to get the most from your massage.
Massage for athletes and when you work or play too hard:

Here are a couple custom massage oil recipes:
3 tablespoons V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex
2 drops Cedarwood
2 drops Hong Kuai
2 drops Hinoki
2 drops Sacred Frankincense
1 drop Tsuga
Lavender – 14 drops
Valerian – 7 drops
Sandalwood – 4 drops
Cedarwood – 3 drops
4 oz V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex
Drip all essential oils into a glass bottle, add carrier oil, and roll bottle between palms to blend oils. Decorate with a pretty label if desired. Shake well before each use.
DIY massage mix with essential oils
Add essential oils to V-6, Young Living’s proprietary blend of several carrier oils including coconut oil, sesame oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, and more.
Complement some of our pre-mixed massage oils with your favorite essential oils.
Rule of thumb: 15-30 drops of oil per ¼ cup of V-6. Some oils like Black Pepper, Cinnamon Bark, or Oregano may need to be diluted further.
